Somatic Experiencing practice sessions with Jarrah

There are many reasons why we might have trauma, whether it be personal trauma, collective trauma or ancestral trauma passed down our family lineages.

SE is a sensation focused form of trauma therapy, and can give effective relief to a wide range of anxieties such as:
post-surgery trauma
body pains
fatigue, tension, stress
emotional blockages & grief
suicidal thoughts
relationship difficulties
low self esteem
anger outbursts

Somatic Experiencing was developed by Dr. Peter Levine, and is an awareness approach to healing trauma by allowing sensations to move through the body.  It arises from relatively new science gained from studying how animals respond to trauma, and is a simple & profound healing approach.

Sessions invite a gentle exploration of sensations, emotions & images to allow blocked or frozen experiences to safely and gradually release.

SE is a profound genuine healing opportunity, and is based on the realization that human beings have an innate ability to overcome the effects of trauma.

I am a student of SE and not yet fully qualified practitioner sessions, so practice sessions are offered by donation
